This is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served locally (no Google Fonts).

3. Hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to third countries are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed exclusively to handle your inquiry and forwarded to me by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Appointment booking

For online appointment booking I link to a booking page provided by Proton Calendar (Proton AG, Switzerland). Only when you follow that link does Proton process your data according to Proton’s privacy policy. Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
